Pella Tax Service has been in business since January of 2001, providing tax preparation services and consultation for individuals and small businesses. Pella Tax Service is registered with the IRS and is an authorized e-file provider. We also provide tax preparation service for all U.S. states and territories.

Pella Tax Service is owned and operated by Craig Van Vark. Craig holds undergraduate degrees in both Business and Accounting from Simpson College and a Masters Degree in Administration from Iowa State University. Craig got his start in taxation working for two years as a manager for a national tax chain then went on to work for three different CPA firms in Iowa. He has nearly 25 years of experience working in finance and accounting. Currently, he is registered with the IRS as an ERO e-file provider, a Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP), and a participant in the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP). The RTRP designation requires preparers to pass a comprehensive exam on taxation law and ethics and the AFSP sets annual minimum continuing education requirements for preparers.
